Windham Terrace Openings

Director of Marketing. Windham Terrace, a 71 unit assisted living and memory care community located in Windham, NH is seeking a Director of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for the entire sales process at the community including tours, calls, community outreach, and sales tracking and follow up with prospective residents and families. Previous sales experience in senior housing is required. Individual must have a flexible schedule to allow for some evening and weekend hours as needed. A competitive salary and commission structure with benefits is offered. Maintenance Assistant in Upper Valley

Terrace Communities Assisted Living for seniors seeks a maintenance assistant in the Upper Valley region. Responsibilities include interior/exterior painting, wallpaper removal, wall prep, furniture moving, furniture repair/care, snow removal, gardening, carpet cleaning and general maintenance tasks in coordination with maintenance director. Requires ability to lift/move heavy objects. Skills such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, gardening, wallpapering, and/or electrical are desired. Occasional travel.
